It has been a viral sensation on social media in part because of how easy Wordle solutions are to share on Twitter and Facebook spoiler-free. Head to the updated Wordle website now hosted on the New York Times. Choose a starting five-letter English word and type it into the site. Press enter to finalize the first guess. Letters will change colors based on whether or not they are correct. Green letters are right and in the correct spot. Gray letters are incorrect and don’t appear in the puzzle. Yellow letters are right but are in the wrong place in the word. Using these hints, players must piece together what the word could be. Players have a total of six tries. While there is a best strategy to win Wordle every day, players can use whatever works best for them. There is a new puzzle every day at midnight local time.
After the puzzle of the day is completed, players can check out a list of stats. There is also a Share button ready for anyone who wants to share their puzzle board without spoiling any of the letters for their friends.
